Does the paint repair “run” on vertical surfaces?

No – our paint technology does not run on vertical surfaces when correctly applied.

What if there is rust in the scratch or chip?

The rust will be treated as part of the repair to your scratch or chip.

What if there is a dent as well as a scratch?

I cannot repair dents in your car. You will need to take it to a panel beater to have the dent removed.

Do you repair plastic bumper bars?

No, we do not repair plastic bumper bars.

How long does it take?

Most automotive paint repairs can be completed at your site in just a few hours.

How good are the repairs?

As a Duco Magic trained technician, I aim for near re-spray finish. Few people can spot the repaired area unless they are specifically looking for it. Even then, it often just looks like a minor paint flaw rather than an obvious repair.

What size scratches & chips can be repaired by duco magic trained technicians?

Scratches and chips ranging from superfine up to 2mm wide can be repaired to a very high quality.
